Our Three Stages

Column 3 indicates if the section is ready for use (R) or is under construction (U) or will be available soon (S)

Our organisation is progressing in three stages, Important: WE ARE ONLY IN STAGE 'A'

A.

Stage A: In this stage, we only register visitors who found our activities useful and we issue free and completely anonymous membership.

  1. Membership is temporarily free and will cost the equivalent of $US5.00 per month when the organisation is sufficiently developed.
  2. Membership for non-official members is anonymous.
  3. www.liwipo.org (LIfeWIthoutPOlitics) provides each anonymous member with a unique random identity of our choice.
  4. www.liwipo.org registers the anonymous members.
  5. Anonymous members are international members.
  6. www.liwipo.org registers the interest of any qualified member in forming a Governance Committee of the organisation.
    1. the Governance Committee is not created yet and identification details will be required later from interested applicants.
    2. The Governance Committee will fully operate liwipo.net at the death or the incapacity of its founder.

  2. liwipo.net registers the participation of international anonymous members.
    1. Now being an international anonymous member, optionally, lodge one or more Submissions.
    2. Submissions may be a request for a solution or proposing a solution to other members' requests.
    3. The enactment part of the procedure (the Letter Of Demand) is not executed yet.
    4. Participation of members is retained as if the organisation was fully functional.
    5. Payment of membership fees will be required in Stage C.
  3. liwipo.net recruits official members or subcontractors whose names are required by law to form a Governance Committee or a Board in the country in which liwipo.net is registered.
    1. The identifiable official is holding a responsible position required by law and needs to lodge a separate application to become also an international anonymous member.
    2. In order to proceed with the opening of bank account and other legal requirements, we have to provide the identity of the responsible officers like a Secretary.

Introduction

What Liwipo Is Not

liwipo.net (Life Without Politics) is not a shop from which you can purchase goods or services.
The organisation liwipo.net is a 'Self-Help' manual and a 'Self-Help' workshop at the same time.

Liwipo is the theory and the practice.
Liwipo is not a theory in the process of proving its truthfulness, it is an evolving theory and practice existing because life under politics has failed, often miserably and abjectly.

liwipo.net is an association of members who want to work together in making the world a safer and better place to live.
This objective can only be achieved peacefully and democratically by anonymous members who:

In our context, 'public life' is your life as a financial contributor to the economy at large whether it is through any form of taxes or business profits.

We Work Like Ants

Our work is comparable to the work of ants when single individuals may only bring a tiny piece to the large communal store with minimal effort.
Without these individual ants bringing their tiny piece, the entire ant colony would die.

It is our work of many individuals making an accepted small improvement to the body of a law or a policy developing it to its maximum quality and efficiency for the true progress of humanity.
This has become crucially important when you consider the various damages our society has gradually become capable of inflicting upon itself in the last few centuries of human evolution.

Past generations of humans were accustomed to the fact that nature, including vegetation, could easily overcome and hide any trace of destruction caused by disagreements between leaders of our easily-fractured and easily-misled human society.
Unfortunately, human disagreements between our 'leaders' in modern life could easily terminate nature's reclaiming and wipe life off the surface of the earth, including that of its vegetation and its aquatic life.

Remember that only these leaders want wars which enrich their minority and kill or impoverish the remaining majority.

We Rely On Professionals

liwipo.net is also a long-term objective to adopt the control of our modern and emerging politics by the majority of true professionals in every discipline.
This will replace the administration of our society by 'Old Politics' made of individuals that are not qualified for the job, having only qualifications necessary to become insanely richer.

Our personal safety can only exist in safety in numbers which needs a physically and mentally healthy society which needs a fully democratic society which can only exist when imposed by its majority on any member of the remaining minority.
An embryo of democracy will never be sufficient and will always be a temporary situation having to urgently progress to the next step or face its own destruction like a fetus dying in the womb of a malnourished mother.

This can not be purchased because it only exists if it is constructed or generated.
One can not expect to harvest unless one has seeded the ground.

Our Old Story

Our scientists know that any species has a life expectation if its environment changes too much, our dinosaurs having had the longest one known to have lasted millions of years and terminated accidentally.
It appears humans are on the edge of their own which they can accomplish much more faster unless they learn to rule themselves according to natural laws they have discovered, tested and accepted.

No citizen has any excuse not to participate in this invitation to remove injustices and exploitation affecting them because the solution is public knowledge and deceptively easy to apply while certain to succeed if done in coordination.
The members of the majority also have no excuse because injustices and exploitation affect every one of them.

Success is only possible when the necessary remodelling of 'Old Politics' is applied professionally and at a pace our society can sustain and accept effortlessly.
Albert Einstein, who died in 1955 when the world still did not have a clear understanding of the causes and effects of WWII, said:

"I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones."

That is only true if humans whose ancestors had survived Worl War III had the mental capacity to resume organised fighting for World War IV.
Fighting with stones and sticks will then be much more likely at the family level.

The End Of Domination

In our system, Old Politics is gradually deprived of its domination of society which can only be accomplished using the police or the military, and this domination dies of old age.
The remodelling of Old Politics is a system naturally taking place over thousands of years of human evolution which we have to accelerate enormously only to survive as a species.

The members operate the website by selecting one of the options offered in a 'menu' or a sub-menu and it is not possible to 'make a mistake'.
The worst a visitor or a member may do is being curious or intentionally careless and select and 'submit' an incorrect option likely to lead to a premature dead end.

If wanting to proceed while in doubt, one is likely to be correct by adopting what looks like an honest and simple answer or selection even if it may be 'unpopular' since we know very well that our human nature has made us imperfect while we inherently are perfectible.
If such is not the case, a visitor or member could have found a situation or a direction in which our organisation, not only needs improvements but, should likely not be allowed to proceed.

The first reading is intended to describe in full why and how the organisation works and hope the reader can then apply its judgement on what is proposed and decide if it is realistic or not or there is a known better option.
This is likely to involve frequent returns to specific parts which may be done at any time.

Using the search ability of your browser should allow you to return to text containing any word or expression.
This may be necessary as one thing being read seems to complement another previously read.

This will allow you to find what our organisation proposes on anything that may be specifically of importance to you, without having to read or re-read all our contents.

Reforming The Laws

liwipo.net is an organisation whose main objective is to show to the citizens of our 'democratic' society how their laws are designed to make people exploitable.
The objective is also to show to the members of these countries how to effectively reform the laws of any democratic country in a manner that the laws become just, honest and equitable for all.

Many laws can be improved very simply, often by removing or adding a single word or two and need no experience in the legal profession.
Complex law reforms can only be done effectively under the supervision of experienced professionals in law selected for their professional integrity.

While the professionals ensure the quality of new laws and policies, only the eligible voters have the power to impose news laws on their governments in an organised group of voters using their vote methodically at the time of the general elections.
However, one does not have to be an eligible voter to propose good law reforms which can then be approved by eligible voters and professionals of every description.

How to make changes is simplified as much as possible so that there is no need to learn anything and following your sense of justice is probably all you need to proceed.
It is easy due to the fact that good law reforms only require simplicity and logic as their basis.
The best laws then naturally emerge as possible universal laws adoptable by all.

Law Can Be Universal

A Universal law may then be a law that you adopt in your country while it has possibly and already been adopted, suitably translated if necessary, in one or more other countries.
Alternatively, you may design a law you expect to be suitable to everybody and therefore being potentially 'Universal'.

Universal laws are formulated by ensuring that they are free of traditional or religious consideration and on the basis that every human has exactly the same needs (our 21 Human Necessities in alphabetic order: Communications, Education, Environment, Faith, Government, Health, Housing, Information, Infrastructure, Justice, Leisure, Migration, Military, Occupation, Resources, Safety, Social Security, Sustenance, Taxation, Trade, Transport).
However, any law must only be 'reformed' while conforming to the highest possible level of ethics.

Universally applicable laws ('universal laws') can only be the laws which are based on scientific facts.
For example the nutritional requirements of all humans are the same and are scientific facts.
Such nutritional principles will affect Health, Education, Transport and all other departments on which humanity depends.

However, taxation is not scientific and becomes a major exception to the universal laws since it depends on the many economic variables that will be specific to a country and determine its possibly unique set of taxation laws.
But a differing taxation system will in no way change the needs of a country regarding Health or Education or any other science-based department.

The Victim Becomes The Master

Under the old system, the 'Representatives' of a country congregate as 'lawmakers' or 'legislators'.
They then concoct a new law or a changed law or policy and then enact it, regularly against the public will since our 'democracy' is always a mild form of dictatorship.

Very often, the laws are changed unnecessarily and many times, always in near secrecy, for the only purpose of making them a fraction more beneficial to big business.

Under our system, the professionals ensure that a proposed law, changed or new and submitted by anyone, is good and necessary.
Then you and other voters demand that your 'Representative' (your 'member of parliament') or 'Representatives' (California USA has over 50) enacts this law as prescribed by the majority of participating professionals.

How do we know the professionals will freely join us?
No professional is indifferent when exposed to a professional falsehood proposed or claimed by influential media that, the professionals know, many laypersons are likely to believe.
And only one member has to officially raise an objection to trigger the more vehement support of the professionals.

How do we know the majority of professionals (the honest and true professionals) will make the correct conclusion or decision?

Two main groups of anonymous professionals will form who only know the nickname of every other participant also claiming to be a professional in the subject.

These two groups will be those 'for' and those 'against' whatever the professional proposition under consideration may be.
Remember that the choice offered is simply a matter of voting 'for' or 'against' the proposition.
It is not a matter of extracting a unanimous conclusion, view or decision and neither is it a matter of arguing 'for' or 'against'.

It is also a matter of trying as much as possible to prevent the layperson accidentally lowering the standard of the process.
Anonymous professionals will always present a majority voting for the best known-to-work proposition.

If the vote mentioned is not a sound majority, nothing is done.
If the vote is a majority 'against', again, nothing is done,

Therefore, anytime something is done is when the large majority of professionals are supporting a 'for' regarding a proposition.

Only the professional who has an interest in a professional falsehood being disseminated or propagated will remain silent or vote for it.
The other professionals will object to the proposition that their families, friends and other people could believe in a falsehood that is cleverly designed with great care by powerful interests.

It is simple human psychology.
Each professional only has to follow their professional instincts and say: 'That's not true.'

If your 'Rep' fails to comply with your Letter of Demand, you will vote against your respective 'Representative' at the first opportunity likely to be the following general elections.
But fear not, very few 'reps' are prepared to contemplate 'political suicide' unless they are also contemplating retirement from politics.

The procedure may be slow but it is simple, efficient, peaceful and durable.

To the dismay of our politicians, the procedure is also fully 'constitutional' while any alternative has a high potential for violence.

Know The Facts, Good Or Bad

As we have seen, the media reports must always be taken within their own respective business context.
A sensationalism-based media will always exaggerate enormously and media which claims to be professionally analytical and to-the-point will always remember that they need to remain in friendly terms with their interviewee and adjust their reporting accordingly.
Yes, it is interesting but you need to know how far or how much you can trust it.

Wikipedia gives the word 'sensationalism' the following description:

"This style of news reporting encourages biased or emotionally loaded impressions of events rather than neutrality, and may cause a manipulation to the truth of a story."

Wikipedia also continues:

"Sensationalism may rely on reports about generally insignificant matters and portray them as a major influence on society, or biased presentations of newsworthy topics, in a trivial, or tabloid manner, contrary to general assumptions of professional journalistic standards."

An independent media service analysing the facts, rather than asking the politicians to give us their interpretation of the facts, is the best method of informing the members of society in a true democratic nation.
We intend to create such a system because, as previously explained, we suffer the least reputational damage when an error or a wrongdoing is exposed as early and as fully as possible and, more importantly, is quickly rectified.

There is a large number of public services that badly need to be independent and international to function properly and efficiently.
For example, when there is an aeroplane accident, the first disagreement is often which country will become responsible for the investigation of the accident.

Our Impuissant Society

The necessity to succeed in such endeavour is enormous because:

  1. Regardless of its starting point in history, our society left to its own devices always and naturally progresses into two conflicting classes of people:
    1. A majority of citizens tending to live independently of each other.
    2. A minority of citizens tending to associate for the purpose of living at the expenses of the majority in an opulent way of life of their own choosing.
  2. The persistent threats of the use of nuclear weapons and the uninhabitability of the planet, which are our main problems, have become mere subjects of philosophical discussions when their possibility should have been clearly eliminated by a responsible society.

Our human society has many responsible individuals trying to prevail in a society systematically led by its irresponsible individuals.
These irresponsible individuals are commonly convinced that getting richer will more efficiently spare them from the scourges threatening the members of the majority.

In this system, society has a disposable capital (money that is not invested) that the minority wants to control in order to impose its will on the majority.
It makes no difference if the system used to manage society is called a 'dictatorship' or a 'democracy', or anything in between, because any democracy that has existed in human history has been:

It is undeniable that a democracy that gives its citizens the choice of voting indirectly only for one of two nearly-identical political systems known by all to be defective is not democracy.
It is like offering the choice between two good-looking used cars to a misinformed new car buyer.
Only the use of the cars will expose their defects and their age.

How 'Life Without Politics' Works (LIWIPO)

Like any organisation, we need a source of income to function (yes; everything costs money) and this income is solely the membership fees paid by the members.

liwipo.net works strictly on the Internet.
liwipo.net is not allowed to accept donations.
liwipo.net is free of advertising.

Because the members want to change the laws and ensure these new laws are equitable, these members must work anonymously since the main opposition to their activity will be from those individuals of the minority able to form government or having some power over it.
If nobody knows who our (anonymous) members are, nobody can target them for any form of retaliation.

liwipo.net is not an organisation intending to extract anything from this governing minority.
Such attempted extraction is called 'lobbying' which we are strictly not allowed to do by law.

Instead the members, including the professionals, will show every instance in which the minority is exploiting society or in which their policies are harmful to society.

The professionals (in the law profession) will also show how the laws have to be changed to effectively work when improved.
It is then up to the members who are eligible voters to unite and use the true and unused power of their vote to obtain the change.

One of our objectives is the raising of public consciousness of the management of society.
This is accomplished through what the members of society perceive in real life rather than through false principles enunciated by a minority for its own benefit.

The first correction is that the politicians keep reminding you of the fictitious enormous power of your vote.
However, this vote can only install in government one major political party or the other and both have to follow the same scientific rules if they wanted to do good work, which they never do,

For any member of Old Politics, it is easy to convince the layman that a fact exposed by a professional is false or incorrect.
This ensures that politics progresses on emotional sentiments always and progresses at a snail pace.

Remember if enough voters vote against your 'Representative', this 'Representative' will lose the elections.
However, your power is not in evicting your 'Representative', which you can do, it is in what this Representative is prepared to do to prevent being evicted which is literally anything.

How Old Politics Works

Any politician has an acute sense of the state of their personal popularity and that of their political party.
After all, we allow them access to a variety of methods of extorting money from taxpayers and consumers.
This money allows them to regularly keep themselves informed at your cost with great precision about the state of their popularity or the lack of it.

Modern politics consist of a small number of political parties, usually two major political parties or coalitions, desperately trying to find how to become a little more popular, or more often, a little less unpopular than the competition.
The result is that the bar is set very low for any politician winning a popularity contest against an opposing politician.

This low bar is due to the fact that promising too much at election time is very likely to be noticed by the voters who will then conclude that the politician making such extravagant promises can not deliver the promises and is not trustworthy.
If the members of the public do not perceive the discrepancy, the opposing politician or politicians (plural) will ensure voters are clearly made to understand and see it.

Old Politics (our politicians and big business) has no hesitation at creating social unrest, violent conflict or even a war as a distraction to its own unpopularity.
At the time of this writing (2025), Vladimir Putin and Benjamin Netanyahu are in real danger of loosing their freedom, if not their life, if they loose their dictatorial power and are therefore condemned to hold to power by keeping their country in a permanent state of war.

This is rarely an abrupt decision but is rather progressive and usually proportional to a growing unpopularity as the fictitious enemy or enemies is or are claimed to become increasingly dangerous.

The governing minority mentioned above fears members of any organisation, including its own.
Openly spying on citizens in a dictatorial country has made it less reprehensible in 'democratic' countries who then ensure to have such a system ready, secret and dormant but actionable with minimal difficulty and delay.

The success of such scheme is to have access to a list of details of citizens which exist in a large number of various quality from the very accurate to the general 'preferences'.
That way it is the keeper of the list (an organisation or business) who gets the bad image.

We all know that our personal details are likely to be included in numerous lists available for a price on the Internet.

If they want so much to know who you are and we know it is not to send you a birthday present, you have at least one good reason to be known to them only by your anonymous pseudonym.
As crazy as it may be, an active member of liwipo.net must work in complete anonymity for fear of becoming through a proxy the target of a revengeful business or employer or even the target of its own 'democratic' government.
The threat may be immediate or materialise anytime during your life.

Remember that once it is on the Internet, it is there forever and likely, in multiple places.

How It Works

Security of Working Environment

You will certainly ask how we make our working environment safe if we allow visitors of bad faith to pretend to become an anonymous member and then have access to make changes to the databases and to the system itself.

Here is the explanation.
Damage to our website and data can be done in two ways:

  1. From outside of this working environment when membership is not necessary (DDoS - Distributed Denial-of-Service attack - and other 'malware').
  2. From inside of this working environment when a hostile person has gained access through membership.

Damage done from the outside is the same for every website and requires professionals in IT (Information Technology) to constantly check and improve the integrity of their system.
A good defence is to 'host' our website - have it located on hardware of a company specialising in public access to websites of their customers by the internet visitors - since such hosting businesses have all the defences possible if only to protect themselves.
This reduces considerably the work that we have to do to ensure that our working environment, including the websites, is safe (from the outside).

Damage done from inside is typical to our organisation because we allow anyone to become a member and all members potentially have the same access to every part of our system.
However, what a member is allowed to do is defined with precision using exclusively HTML FORMS and expanding as new needs are discovered or implemented.

When a business has to solve a problem, the convention is to find who knows how to solve it and tell them (pay them) to 'fix it'.
We can not work that way because 'fixing it' may be a very large undertaking and we want members who offer their time to improve public life to do as little as they wish and spend as little time as they can afford.

So instead of asking volunteers to 'fix' a problem, the way we work is by asking them to apply any quick improvement they can offer or reduce in a minimal way the severity of the problem in any way they can imagine.
We are always looking for improvements, not complete solution although there are already in the public domain complete solutions formulated (books written by reliable professionals) and any member is able and allowed to raise their existence as an improvement.

Then, a member always start an improvement of public life by making a 'Submission' which ideally consists of a description of no more than a page or two at the most, a few lines is OK.
This Submission is always suspected as being hostile or destructive and therefore it is immediately quarantined by putting it in a folder from which it must be suitably 'Seconded' by members to be accepted and developed.

Each Submission improved by any member, including the originating member, becomes a new Submission also quarantined like the original Submission.
A Submission may only progress in this way and most likely in small increments even if the most recent resulting Submission lacks consistency or cohesion.
The resulting Submission may look like a jigsaw puzzle acceptable as long as the pieces may fit together.

Quarantining and Seconding every Submission is what protects our systems and our databases.
It also ensures that the organisation truly belongs to its members and the death of a participating member, including the death of its founder, has no effect on the organisation.

In this system, the members have also the responsibility of ensuring that the organisation does not die because its basic survival has been neglected.
Hosting and necessary formalities have to be kept alive and up-to-date and to achieve this, responsible members will have access to the funds collected by the organisation when membership has become payable.

Any expense must have an entry in the budget and this entry is what allows its payment to be authorised.
This prevents the unauthorised use of funds for personal or obscure purposes.

Any decision made in any respect is always the result of a vote of the members.

The Member Name

The convention when visiting a website is to provide your real 'ID' (name and address) and other 'required' personal details and then provide:

  1. A 'username'.
  2. A 'password'.

Optionally, a 'two factor authentication'.

LIWIPO ensures that it never asks or holds any true identification of its members.
These are replaced in this website by values that we provide:

  1. A Member name.
  2. A username.
  3. A payment reference.

The two factor authentication of your choice remains available.

The Member Name, which is more like a small 'passphrase', the 'username' and the 'payment reference' are not chosen by the applying member, they are unique random values generated by our software.
A member then chooses a password whose root must be the Member name.

The purpose of the Member name string is to be impossible to guess even with the most powerful computer.
However, the Member name needs to be memorisable by the member and therefore, it must be constructed as much as possible from words that one can find in a dictionary.

It is spontaneous for applying members to hope that trying to obtain a different 'Member name' than the one offered will generate something easier to remember.
However, this is not allowed since if it was easier to remember, it would have a greater likelihood of existing in one of the databases used by scammers.

Consequently, the 'Member name' is issued only once and if you find it difficult to remember, you can conclude that it is very safe.

The members of LIWIPO need only to have a Member name and a password registered to log into our websites, enter or find information and vote.

Because there is a very high requirement for the protection of your anonymity in our website, the Member name may not be chosen by the members.
The Member name (or Member Name) is a string of seven unrelated words randomly selected by our software and this string replaces the usual 'user name' or 'username'.
The Member Name and password are only used by the member for logging in.

No personal information is requested from the members and no such information is sought in any other way or stored in our databases because we have no application to do such task and we have no database to hold such information.

Unlike the unsafe old password that has to be regularly replaced, it is safe to use the same Member name for a longer period of time than a password.
This is provided you are confident that you have taken precautions to prevent its finding by anyone who may have legal (a spouse) or illegal (WiFi) access to your devices.
Such precaution should at a minimum be to ensure that this Member name does not exist 'in the clear' anywhere on your devices including in any 'auto complete' procedure.

For example, if having the words on a piece of paper, ensure that each word is only a hint to the real word while avoiding uncertainty of meaning.
Unfortunately, our propensity to forget such thing is alarming because it is not natural and your imagination is your only safeguard.

The software allows a generous number of tries to enter your Member Name although an increasing delay will apply after a short number of unsuccessful attempts.

The Password

The reasonably 'easy-to-remember' password is dead because it is not safe anymore and it is only used by websites in which your own security is not important.

The professionals (in the computer industry) consider that a password shorter than sixteen characters is becoming unsafe, up to twelve is unsafe.
A (good) password of that length becomes tedious to remember and enter, considering it has to be regularly changed and needs often to be entered without having to type it, 'copy and paste' being one option.

The member enters in the Member Name field the seven words of the Member Name which are then automatically copied in the password field ready for modification as a password so that it is only necessary to remember one Member Name plus one word of your choice to make two different anonymous identity values.

The Member name and password will never show on our web sites as they are only used by you to log in.

The Username or Nickname

You will be assigned a random cryptic username or nickname under which your work within LIWIPO will appear to other members and you will be the only one knowing that it is your username.
This 'username' or 'nickname' will never need to be typed by the member since the software will automatically attach it to your work.

The purpose of the Username (nickname) is to know the author of each entry.

The Activation

The traditional 'activation' of a website account through an email sent to you is not possible since we can not have your email address.
Such activation will automatically take place the first time you log in under your new Member name and password.

Losing The Member Name

Losing or forgetting your Member name is a major issue since slow recovery is only justified after some considerable participation.
The most likely outcome will require the issue of a new Member Name and the loss of any material provided.

When the organisation is ready to collect membership fees, it must by law be managed by professionals who become responsible ('responsible officers') for the compliance of the organisation to the laws affecting it.
The true identity of these professionals must be known to authorities and therefore these professionals are not given a Member Name assigned to the anonymous members of the organisation.

The president or chairperson, vice-president, treasurer, secretary and directors will likely be the individuals responsible by law as 'responsible officers'.
In Australia, a company must have at least one Director and one Secretary who may be the same person and become responsible for the proper functioning of the company.

We could call the responsible Officers (Secretary and one official Director) the 'Core' of the Governance Committee.
However, the running of the organisation must be entrusted to more than a few individuals or companies to guarantee its smooth functioning and integrity.

This is achieved with a number of anonymous members having a professional status forming a large enough group representative of all the members.
We could call the anonymous and additional Directors the 'Shell" of the same Governance Committee.
liwipo.net invites anonymous members interested in the subject to apply for a position of additional Director.
These additional Directors will be responsible to run (anonymously) the organisation following the death or the incapacity of the Founder who will be the current Secretary and (official) Director when membership fees are applicable.

These positions (core or shell) may be permanent or lasting as long as their respective holder remains interested in the activity.

This additional group of anonymous Directors proceed with their job exactly like any anonymous members.
That is by lodging Submissions which are to be Seconded, improved and submitted to a vote of the additional Directors to be applied.

In effect, the core of the Governance Committee of the organisation only has a right of veto over propositions approved by the remaining body (the shell) of the same committee.
This right of veto is to be applied if the Officials are of the opinion that what is proposed is breaking any law that should be respected.

Any 'responsible officer' wanting also to become an 'anonymous member' must submit an application for Anonymous Membership.

That means that a lot of laws need to be changed and the validity of any change is likely to require the approval of knowledgeable professionals.

Your Professional Experience

Participation of members that is claimed to be of a professional grade will be rated by other members who have also claimed to have such experience and have selected from 21 departments the department pertaining to the experience.
Although it is likely that such experience will be limited to one department, the possibility of having experience in more than one department must not be excluded.

The intention is two-fold:

Anonymous membership allows members to explain injustices or exploitation of which they or their close relatives or friends have been a victim in public life.
Anonymous membership also allows members to contribute to the correction of such injustices or exploitation described by other members.

Submissions of members only need to be of a professional quality at the time of converting it to a 'Proposal'.
Until this conversion, the Submission only needs to be stated clearly.

Applying members who are willing and confident in their ability to provide advice of a professional quality in one or more of the following departments are invited to select which is applicable.

There is no penalty for failing to meet the professional requirements other than a Submission not being accepted as of a professional standard.

    For example, our roads, which have become part of our artificial environment, are convenient and have contributed enormously to our progress but they are not vital for our survival.

  4. Faith

    "Faith, derived from Latin fides and Old French feid, is confidence or trust in a person, thing, or concept."
    However, in our context, faith relates only to concept, in our belief of what happens in the "afterlife".
    Regarding faith, there is no difference between one who believes in a god, or many gods, and one who believes that there is no god.
    Science can not prove or disprove one or the other and consequently, it should not be seen by any government as anything other than a personal belief foreign to government.

  5. Government

    From Wikipedia:
    "A government is the system or group of people governing an organized community, generally a state. In the case of its broad associative definition, government normally consists of legislature, executive, and judiciary."
    In our context, government is NOT "a government" as described by Wikipedia but it is a shared system the members of society need for society to function harmoniously.
    It is an ideal not attained yet but whose attainement is a constant improvement of its current state.
    Government in its present form is the exploitation of the majority by a minority.
    In our context, government is the leading of the human society by a majority.

  6. Health

    From Wikipedia:
    "Health is a state of physical, mental and social well-being in which disease and infirmity are absent."
    In our context, Health is the numerous individuals and organisations devoted to improving our individual state of health with their scientific methods and procedures when their cost is met by taxpayers for the purpose of "health" being available to all.

  7. Housing

    From Wikipedia:
    "Housing, or more generally living spaces, refers to the construction and assigned usage of houses or buildings collectively, for the purpose of sheltering people - the planning or provision delivered by an authority, with related meanings."

  8. Information

    From Wikipedia:
    "Information can be thought of as the resolution of uncertainty; it is that which answers the question of "What an entity is" and thus defines both its essence and the nature of its characteristics. The concept of information has different meanings in different contexts."

  9. Infrastructure

    In our context, the definition above is totally unacceptable.
    It is the only human activity in which \'practice\' has been blatantly allowed to be the opposite of \'theory\' and to worsen rather than improve because, like politics, Justice only relies on an image.
    We need a new definition of Justice.

  11. Leisure

    "Leisure has often been defined as a quality of experience or as free time. Free time is time spent away from business, work, job hunting, domestic chores, and education, as well as necessary activities such as eating and sleeping."
    In our context, Leisure is also a necessary part of life in which a pleasurable activity may be enjoyed.

  12. Migration

    From Wikipedia:
    "Human migration involves the movement of people from one place to another with intentions of settling, permanently or temporarily, at a new location."
    In our context, it also implies your right to do so internationally.

  13. Military

    From Wikipedia:
    "A military, also known collectively as armed forces, is a heavily armed, highly organized force primarily intended for warfare. It is typically officially authorized and maintained by a sovereign state, with its members identifiable by their distinct military uniform."
    Unfortunately, a strong military is necessary in democratic countries for as long as dictators are able to build and manipulate their own.

  14. Occupation

    From Wikipedia:
    "A job, employment, work or occupation, is a person\'s role in society. More specifically, a job is an activity, often regular and often performed in exchange for payment. Many people have multiple jobs. A person can begin a job by becoming an employee, volunteering, starting a business, or becoming a parent."

  15. Resources

    "A resource is a source or supply from which a benefit is produced and that has some utility. Resources can broadly be classified upon their availability - they are classified into renewable and non-renewable resources."

  16. Safety

    "Safety is the state of being "safe", the condition of being protected from harm or other non-desirable outcomes. Safety can also refer to the control of recognized hazards in order to achieve an acceptable level of risk."
    In our context, Safety is also how society protects its members from its other members and their actions.

  17. Social Security

    Has no precise definition.
    Provide people with a minimum adequate standard of living.
    Our modern world demonstrates that it is necessary and urgent to also try to provide poor countries with such standard.

  18. Sustenance

    Wikipedia
    Has no precise definition.
    The maintaining of someone in life or existence.
    In our context it broadly refers to all the things we need to survive, their availability and quality, food, drink, air, warmth, medicine and other commodities but not the car or the television set and other "luxuries".

  19. Taxation

    From Wikipedia:
    "A tax is a compulsory financial charge or some other type of levy imposed on a taxpayer by a governmental organization in order to fund government spending and various public expenditures."
    In our context, taxes are the common practice of sharing the cost of improvements, mostly in infrastructure, on the basis that it would cost more individually if it was not done.

  20. Trade

    "Trade involves the transfer of goods or services from one person or entity to another, often in exchange for money. Economists refer to a system or network that allows trade as a market. An early form of trade, barter, saw the direct exchange of goods and services for other goods and services."

  21. Transport

    "Transport, or transportation, is the easiest way of movement of humans, animals and goods from one location to another."

Like It

The objective is to send anonymously to your representative (your member of parliament or congress or your 'local member') a set of precise instructions designed by anonymous professionals to change a law or a policy and have it enacted and thus obtain a real improvement of public life.
This set of instructions is broadly called a 'Letter of Demand'.

It is important that the anonymous members who are eligible anonymous voters in general elections send the 'Letter of Demand'.

liwipo.net sending the Letter of Demand on your behalf is 'lobbying' which the law forbids us from doing.
If liwipo.net were to send such demand, the organisation could easily forge a large number to obtain the result the members want but destroy its credibility.

However, each member sending it through an email address of their choice will prove to the 'Rep' the existence of the anonymous voter.
It will also be the free constitutional right of the anonymous member as an anonymous voter in general elections to demand something from their Representative.

When you vote at the general elections, your name may be crossed from a list to show that you have voted.
Whether this happens or not depends on the voting system applying to you but the voting form that you will slide in the slot of a box, form containing your vote is completely anonymous.

The members are strongly advised to obtain a free email address from one of the many free email services available and use this email address only to send the Letter of Demand.
Do not create this free email address under your real name but choose something cryptic or only having a meaning to you.
